CTX Business Brokers of Austin is owned and operated by Steve Crossland. Steve has been an entrepreneur since the age of 10 when he started breeding guppies and selling them to the neighborhood fish store. He learned at an early age that creativity and hard work bring rewards - an ethic that still drives him today.

A resident of Austin since 1985, Steve holds a Restaurant Management degree from Del Mar College and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

His business background is varied and diverse and includes, among other things, every position in restaurants, managing Dominos Pizza stores in Austin during the mid/late 1980’s, framing homes, telemarketing, retail, manufacturing, wholesaling automobiles, buying and selling investment real estate, managing apartments, working as a businesses analyst and computer programmer at Austin high tech firms, owning a remodeling company, owning a real estate management firm, and now owning a Business Brokerage firm.

Steve has started businesses from scratch, bought and sold businesses himself, and dealt personally with 1,000's of clients and customers in his business and real estate careers.
